the staff at the reception, in the lobby and also on the beach were friendly and many thanks to the kind and helpful receptionist Mr. Kero. the location of the hotel is good, close to shops, restaurants the beach is maintained, sandy, gradual entry into the sea

It is not the newest and most modern resort, but it was good overall and the stay more enjoyable than expected. It is important to understand and practice the egyptian tipping culture and you will notice an immediate improvement of the staff relationships.

Some staff are very nice especially at the beach bar. Food is nice with wide range. Nice beach and pool area. We had some service at the spa section ehich is beautiful with kind staff.

Location is very good Hotel staff are very polite and professional Food very good and tasty Room is super
